VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
SUNY Corning Community College (CCC) invites nominations and applications for the position of Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Financial Officer.
CCC serves approximately 3,500 students and the 550-acre main campus sits atop Spencer Hill in beautiful Corning, NY. Corning Community College is the only college in the United States that boasts an observatory, planetarium, and nature center. Recently awarded a $1 million state grant, CCC will use the resources to leverage a $4 million partnership with Siemens Inc. to facilitate the establishment of the College’s Center for STEAM Innovation, as well as make the Spencer Hill campus more energy efficient.
The VP of Administrative Services and CFO provides leadership and management for all aspects of the College’s business, financial and accounting services, information technology, institutional research, public safety, and physical facilities. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with financial, administrative, and supervisory management experience in a large, complex organization and/or educational administration.
Corning is located in the scenic Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, approximately 165 miles from Albany and 212 miles from New York City. The region boasts more than 135 museums, 650 miles of shoreline, 26 state parks, and over 400 registered historic sites and landmarks.
