Job Details
The instructor will teach students to
- demonstrate specific analytical skills using quantitative methods to make management and policy decisions (e.g. assess needs and design service innovation in the constructive action).
- demonstrate specific analytical skills using quantitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness (e.g. evaluate impact of the constructive action).
- demonstrate communication/presentation skills of needs assessment findings in a scientific manner and in a way that facilitates a clear understanding of desired management and policy decisions by interested groups.
- develop a working knowledge of various methods of data collection to solve problems and make decisions in the public sector/nonprofit arena.
PhD preferred, master’s degree minimum, in related subject. Experience teaching adult students in an urban, multicultural, setting. Professional experience related to subject matter.
