• Consults with internal resources/members/customers to define project scope, design and i strategy.

• Leads in the effort of identifying Lean Six Sigma/Process Improvement projects.

• Assists in prioritizing selected projects using a project prioritization matrix.

• Identifies and leads resources required to successfully execute projects.

• Administer sand co-ordinates Process Improvement/Six Sigma teams by working with Proj and Process Owner(s).

• Supervises MBA student interns and other project team members.

• Coordinates all process improvement efforts at specified UHealth location (ie. UMH, DOM) duplicate projects and negative interactions between uncoordinated projects.

• Utilizes best of class leading practices, tools and data to communicate process improvement with member executives, physicians, management and other leaders on the opportunities f operational effectiveness:

o Six Sigma process improvement project (DMAIC model)

o Six Sigma process innovation project {DFSS/DMADV model) - some processes a improve or sometimes you hit a wall and cannot improve them any further

o Lean thinking and methods to eliminate waste o PDSA/SOSA cycles

• Coordinates all project tollgate review presentations.

• Facilitates multidisciplinary (cross-functional} process improvement teams.

• Maintains industry knowledge on quality and performance excellence and innovation.

• Develops a dashboard/bal anced scorecard with metrics to drive operational efficiencies (co while enhancing staff satisfaction and customer service, resources permitting.

• Independently performs data retrieval for various Lean Six Sigma/Process improvement pr

• Represents Office of Process Improvement at meetings as designated.

• Other duties as assigned.
