Assistant Professor
The department of Anesthesiology at the University of Colorado in Aurora Colorado is seeking an Intensivist interested in joining the section of Critical Care Anesthesiology. The position will include an academic appointment with the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Candidates seeking to be involved in resident and fellow teaching, clinical research and possessing an equally strong desire to advance these programs are encouraged to apply. Proven clinical track record, academic accomplishments and motivation, such as publications or clinical research are a plus.
University of Colorado School of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology: The department of anesthesiology is a rapidly expanding department that is a top ranked program for NIH funding, residency training, and clinical care. We have an ACGME approved fellowship in Critical Care and are expanding our service at the University of Colorado Hospital. The University of Colorado Hospital is the Rocky Mountain region's leading academic medical center. The hospital is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains on the Anschutz Medical Campus
Qualifications
Candidates must be board-certified/board eligible in Anesthesiology and Critical Care with advanced fellowship training in critical care anesthesiology and have an interest in joining an expanding critical care section
