The Executive Director of HR provides leadership, guidance, and resources to VCU Health Sciences leadership; faculty; staff; HR personnel; and other administrators. This position serves as an expert resource in faculty and staff recruitment and hiring, appointments, compensation and pay actions, contract administration, performance management, and other related policies and procedures for the VCU Health Sciences campus and the Office of the Vice President for Health Sciences. This position partners closely with the Office of Faculty Affairs and central Human Resource; develops, reviews and/or revises University policies and procedures; and leads and/ or serves on various university committees and work groups.
