President

The Board of Trustees of Thomas More University invites nominations and applications for the position of President of the University. The President is the chief executive officer of the University and serves ex officio on the Board of Trustees. The Board seeks an accomplished and energetic executive who is a practicing Catholic who will model leadership reflective of Catholic values and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition of education. The University’s next President will have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree and have earned distinction as an institutional leader and fund-raiser, preferably with experience in a university setting similar to Thomas More. The new president is expected to be selected by May 1, 2019 and to take office by July 1, 2019.

Located in the culturally rich Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, Thomas More University is a private, not-for-profit, Catholic university sponsored by the Diocese of Covington and is located on a 100-acre suburban campus. In 2021, Thomas More University will celebrate its centennial, marking 100 years of academic excellence in the liberal arts.
