The Board of Trustees of Nassau Community College (NCC) invites nominations and applications for the position of President. NCC is the largest single campus community college among the 30 two-year colleges in the State University of New York (SUNY) and enjoys a nationwide reputation for academic excellence and ease of transferability to four-year institutions. NCC annually awards the largest number of Associate degrees in New York State and the third largest number of Associate degrees for a single campus two-year public college in the United States.
Located 25 miles east of New York City, NCC was founded in 1959 and offers 62 degree programs and 21 certificate programs to nearly 18,000 students on its 225-acre campus in the heart of Nassau County located on Long Island. The College is nationally recognized for academics, athletics, and student engagement.
