Provides individualized guidance to students, assisting them through the complexities of the College environment.  Connects students to services and resources, tracking progress through the first quarter of enrollment. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assist students.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree plus three years of full-time administrative experience in advising, recruitment or other related field required. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered.  A valid driver’s license & insurability to operate College vehicles is required. Must be able to work scheduled evenings and weekends. Hiring process includes a background check. This position is Internal Only - In order to apply, applicant must be receiving a paycheck from MCC. Position is contingent upon MCC Board of Governors approval. NOTE: College degrees obtained outside the U.S. accepted only when interpreted by transcript service members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
