We invite applications for an open rank, 9-month, tenure-track Family Nurse Practitioner faculty appointment, who will lead the FNP Sequence at Illinois State University Mennonite College of Nursing.
Candidates must possess the following:
- Doctorate ( or DNP), in nursing or related field ( in Nursing required if doctorate not in nursing). ABDs will also be considered.
- Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner by 8/16/2017
- Passion for teaching and learning
- Proven potential for scholarly productivity
- Licensed (or eligible) Advance Practice Registered Nurse in Illinois by 8/16/2017
- A successful criminal background screening and negative drug screening (conducted at final candidacy)
- For teaching positions, state law mandates demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position.
Salary and Appointment: Salary and initial appointment are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
