Job Description:

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida is seeking a board certified/eligible Pediatrician at the Assistant/ Associate/Professor level to peruse a tenure track career in the Division of Hematology/Oncology. 

The Department is seeking a research oriented clinician with an interest in leukemia, sarcoma, palliative care or clinical trials. This position will provide clinical services to patients seen in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology specialty clinics and Shands Teaching Hospitals as well as to patients admitted to the Pediatric service on a rotational basis with other divisional faculty members. Incumbent will also participate in teaching housestaff, fellows and medical students assigned to inpatient and outpatient services. Individual will also develop a research program in area of interest.  

 

Advertised Salary: Salary is negotiable based upon qualification and experience. Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have a M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or other equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida in Pediatrics and be board certified /eligible in General Pediatrics or the appropriate sub-specialty.
