Service Desk Specialist / Help Desk Technician
We are looking for a service desk tech with superb skills in customer service and help desk support. Experience supporting Mac and Windows operating systems is important. Some experience with server administration and networking (routing, switching, VPN) is a plus.

This is a full-time position and candidates must be permanent residents in the St. Louis area. Candidates should also have:
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications.
- Ability to bend, stoop and carry.
- Ability to work eight hours a day using a keyboard and speaking on the phone.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple workstation operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
