Job Description:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned area including the supervision of departmental employees. Provides guidance, direction, training and coaching to recruitment staff. Responsible for ensuring that all programs, activities, and series comply with university, state, and federal regulations.

Provide leadership for the successful planning of resources and processes to ensure effective operation that impact student enrollment, including applicant and admitted students outreach campaign. Responsible for the administration of university wide policies and procedures within legislative statutes and state regulations regarding enrollment issues. Assist the Director, UF Online Enrollment Services in the strategic planning and implementation of the overall departmental strategic plan.  Recommends expenditures from annual operating budgets for the UF Online Recruitment and Outreach Center

Maintain on-going communication with the Colleges and UF Online Board of Directors to maximize recruitment efficacy. Oversee content training for ROC team as new degree programs are added to UF Online portfolio. Serve on appropriate university and system wide committees, as necessary.

Provide UF Online marketing support by collaborating with internal marketing team and external marketing agency to ensure high quality engagement with prospective students. Make campaign recommendations for marketing spend, including messaging and channels appropriate to UF Online student audiences.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, UF Online Enrollment Services

Advertised Salary:

$55,000.00

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across divisions and in a culturally diverse environment.

Provide leadership in the development and implementation of college level and University wide enrollment goals.

Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in student admissions recruitment and outreach

Supervisory and/or managerial experience
