Washington State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is accepting applications for the position of Coordinator of Volleyball Operations. This is a 12-month position with full University benefits; salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

Organize team travel; oversee daily video editing and statistical needs through DataVolley, VolleyMetrics and other software; assist recruiting coordinator; coordinate summer camps and coaches' clinics; liaison with sports marketing, tickets, media relations and event management; assist with budget development and equipment/apparel orders; performs special duties and projects of the volleyball coaching staff, including but not limited to: post season travel, end of the year banquet, fundraising events and social media. Weekend and evening work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required. Superior writing, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience working with technology and computers. Knowledge of the sport of collegiate volleyball, University policies, procedures and regulations, including NCAA rules and regulations. Experience as a coach, player or director/coordinator of operations is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates that can most effectively meet the administrative needs of the women's volleyball program.
