Enrollment Finance Manager

Graceland University is seeking a seasoned sales professional to serve as Enrollment Finance Manager on the Lamoni, IA campus. This is a full time 12 month position reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This position will be responsible for approving all financial aid awards, managing our financial aid discount rate, making sales calls regarding financial aid or recruiting, working with Admissions counselors, coaches, and fine arts faculty in delivering financial aid awards. The successful candidate will possess prior sales experience, exceptional customer service track record, knowledge of financial aid regulations, good analytical skills, strong communication skills and be able to overcome objections.
