Position Summary: Duties and Responsiblities include:
1. Answers incoming calls to the Help Desk and attempts resolution over the phone - 60%
2. Maintain Windows computer hardware and software for GSU computers - 20%
3. Create and maintain technical documentation - 10%
4. Maintain Apple product hardware and software - 5%
5. Maintain Software and Hardware Inventory and Licensing - 5%
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school graduation or equivalent
2. One year of progressively more responsible Information Technology work experience
OR
60 semester hours of college coursework, which included Information Technology courses*
