Georgia State University Auxiliary Services and Support is seeking applicants for their PantherCard Administrator position.

Duties: Under the direction of the Manager PantherCard Operations for Auxiliary and Support Services, individual is responsible for administering PantherMeal Accounts. Responsible for posting and reconciling PantherMeals charges and credits to Student Account. Reconciles and prepares reports for the distribution of monthly PantherPoints sales and revenues. Operates PantherCard software system to assign and revoke PantherMeals privileges. Responds to customer PantherMeals inquires and complaints in a professional manner by phone or in person. Responsible for accurately filing and maintaining records of PantherMeals agreement forms and other PantherMeals related documentation. Responsible for producing and distributing PantherCard ID Cards for students, staff, faculty and affiliates. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience in a customer service environment; or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Be proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Banner and the Optim 9000 ID Card System
- Customer service experience in University environment
- Some Accounting experience

Salary Range $34,470 - $37,000
