The college sites and campuses are located north of Atlanta in Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, Bartow and Floyd counties.
Job Description Summary
This position performs specialized enrollment management duties that aid students in the navigation of enrollment processes. This individual is cross-trained in the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid and Registrar functions.
Key Qualifications
• Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a baccalaureate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field
• Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years
• Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated
Key Responsibilities
• Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance in regards to admissions, financial aid, and registration
• Processes and enters applications, immunization records, transcripts, and test scores
• Collects, manages, organizes and documents forms received
• Processes transcripts for current and former students
• Assists with recruitment workshops, special events and activities designed to increase enrollment/retention
• Assists in student course registration
• Assists with new student orientation
• Serves as a member of the Enrollment Management Specialist Affinity Group and carries out all associated duties
• Performs related duties

• Knowledge of federal, state and institutional policies and procedures related to admissions and student enrollment
• Knowledge of admissions requirements
• Knowledge of college policies and procedures
• Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs
• Skill in the analysis of problems and the development and implementation of solutions
• Skill in oral and written communication
