HCCU Assistant Director

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business, Finance with a minimum of five years' experience in financials .
Proficient in accounting/finance; Microsoft Excel and Word
Capable of professional presentations to the board, committee and other outside parties.
Demonstrated financial analysis skills and possess an understanding of business and economic concepts
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to lift 25lbs

Preferred
Advanced Degree or Professional Certification (CPA or similar) with additional years of related experience.
Experience in the financial services industry
.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to: directing, coordinating, and organizing the activities of the Accounting and Operation Departments for Health Center Credit Union (HCCU); preparing all financial reports including annual operating budget and forecasts; ensure accurate and timely completion of the financial and accounting records, prepare financial analysis to support organization decision making; and other duties assigned.

Shift: Days/M-F.
Salary range: Minimum $51,967, Midpoint $70,155, Maximum $88,344
(Salary is commensurate with the overall education and experience of the final candidate.)
