Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of seven years' experience in a relevant field of work with at least five years' experience in using a system in a relevant functional area running enterprise-wide business, research and/or academic applications and providing technical expertise
OR
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 11 years' experience in a relevant field of work with at least seven years' experience in using a system in a relevant functional area running enterprise-wide business, research and/or academic applications and providing technical expertise
AND
Skill in dealing with a variety of personalities while working to accomplish a detailed and technical task
Experience either directly performing the business operations through the use of an automated information
system or in a technology support role for these business operations
Experience assisting users with troubleshooting information system applications
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of documentation needs, requirements definition, and data mapping techniques
Knowledge of analysis, design, test, and acceptance techniques
Ability to interpret & respond to user problems
Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate systems testing
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Higher education experience
PeopleSoft, Banner, or Oracle-based Enterprise System experience

Responsibilities
The duties include but are not limited to: serve as advisor and point of contact to customers, vendors, technical staff and other ITSS areas for support of enterprise systems including but not limited to PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Financials, various Oracle/PeopleTools based applications to track Grants and Effort Systems and SunGard SCT Banner; as a member of a team, assist with the definition and testing of system updates, testing and certifying software releases and upgrades, analysis of functional problems, production support, development of specifications for modifications and enhancements, development of test plans, participation in business process review, and fit/gap sessions; and communicate with customers, vendors, faculty, staff and others.

Annual Salary Range: Minimum $60,058 - Midpoint $81,078 - Maximum $102,099
(Salary to be commensurate with qualifications & experience of candidate.)
Pay Grade: 21
