Position Description Summary:
Application is invited for a tenured faculty position in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, George Washington University, beginning in fall 2014.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will teach courses in the MPP, MPA and/or PhD programs. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
Applicants must have a PhD in Public Administration, Public Policy or related social science or professional field. Applicants must have a sustained program of academic research in public administration and/or public policy, with teaching and research emphasis in areas such as social/urban policy, public management, public program implementation and evaluation, public budgeting, or public finance/public economics resulting in a strong publication record.
Advertised Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Graduate research assistant support and teaching load reduction may be available.

We offer masters degrees in public policy (MPP), public administration (MPA) and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration.
