The Office of Financial Aid at Emory University seeks a dynamic individual to manage core advising and counseling operations. The Sr. Associate Director of Advising and Training will oversee financial aid awarding processes and will review aid packaging and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and institutional guidelines. Candidates should have a successful track record of managing a diverse staff and noteworthy accomplishments in higher education. This position reports to the university Director of Financial Aid and serves as a member of the senior management team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree. Six years of progressively responsible experience in financial aid administration including three years in a supervisory role. Demonstrated experience managing automated financial aid systems. Strategic planning and project management experience.
