Create, layout and update new web pages as requested by internal customers
Refine Internet content in response to educational and marketplace climate, user defined needs, best practices, and departmental goals and objectives
Write and edit copy for online publications and web sites
Coordinate with Campus and departmental Web Administrators to maintain web publishing standards and ensure a high degree of usability
Responsible for web page authoring and maintenance using multiple software solutions: Wordpress, Oracle WebCenter, Percussion (Rhythmyx)
Assist with the gathering and interpretation of web analytics
Edit documents developed by team members
Staying abreast of current usability, web development, content development and writing best practices.
Look for and recommend ways to integrate emerging technologies and best practices into current web sites and digital communications.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and publishing of electronic and web based forms, including working with customers to identify the scope of work, project needs and to clearly communicate requirements to developers. Function includes the use of form development software.
