Provides leadership to ensure brand standards brand strategy and design values reflect the image desired of Prescott campus while adhering to University identity direction. The coordinator develops and manages marketing projects from concept (in collaboration with principal stake holders) to publication for academic and administrative department campus-wide. The director is responsible for determining, creating and placing content on the campus web site in a timely and appropriate manner; and overseeing the updates of the website with content from stakeholder departments and collaboration with IT. Helps produce Spotlights and photo/story packages for the University Homepage. Facilitates regular direct mail campaigns and outreach to target prospects groups. Plans, creates and places paid advertising in designated channels. Assists departments with promotion and planning of special events as directed. Works with University Marketing to ensure efficiency of marketing efforts by implementing best practices. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
The coordinator handles public relations, media relations, and crisis communications, and provides assistance to the Executive Vice President. The positions mission is to protect and enhance the Universitys image as the global leader in aviation/aerospace higher education and research. Through integrated communications and marketing projects, the staffer holding this position helps to advance the Embry-Riddle brand and portray the campus in a positive manner to external and internal audiences via print, broadcast, and online modes of delivery.
