Drake University is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. This individual will assist in recruiting talented student-athletes. Assist with execution of all practice and game plans. Provide leadership by demonstrating effective communications skills with coaching staff, student-athletes, and external constituents.

Drake University is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. This individual will assist in recruiting talented student-athletes. Assist with execution of all practice and game plans. Provide leadership by demonstrating effective communications skills with coaching staff, student-athletes, and external constituents.
| Function | Percent | Description |
| 01 | 30% | Assist in recruiting and retaining talented student-athletes who appropriately reflect Drake University and Departmental values in communication with the Head Coach. |
| 02 | 30% | Assist in the development and execution of effective practice and competition plans, inlcuding pre- and post-season conditioning programs. Provide feedback, including explanations and demonstrations, to student-athletes related to athletic technique and skill development and to achieve proficiency. |
| 03 | 10% | Provide leadership and a positive academic, athlet5ic, and social environment to student-athletes within the women's soccer program. |
| 04 | 10% | Assist with administrative duties, inlcuding but not limited to: NCAA and Drake University compliance processes, coordination of team travel plans, competition scheduling, business and finance paperwork, facilities reservations, fundraising, etc. |
| 05 | 10% | Assist with scouting and game preparation, including video analysis. |
| 06 | 5% | Demonstrate appropriate communication as it relates to internal (coaching staff, student-athletes, athletics staff) and external (fans, friends, parents, prospects, campus community, etc.) constituents. |
| 07 | 5% | Contribute to a positive working environment within the Department and University. |
| 08 | 0% | All of the duties described above require an understanding of and compliance with the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, and/or the Pioneer Football League and Drake University. |
