Columbus State University invites applications for a full-time tenure track position in the Health Services Administration track of the Master of Public Administration program.
Teaching responsibilities include courses on Strategies in Health Services Administration; Planning, Developing and Marketing Health Services; Microsystems in Health Service Delivery; Risk Management in Health Service Delivery; Cost Analysis Issues in Health Care. Also required is the ability to teach within the Public Administration Core.
Required qualifications include an earned doctorate in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field by the start date for the rank of Assistant Professor. ABDs will be considered for appointment at the rank of Lecturer.
Ability to teach in the fields of Public Administration or Public Policy at the graduate level is desirable.

Applications for part-time and full-time faculty positions must include transcripts of all academic work, and official transcripts must be presented prior to campus visit if selected for interview. Applicants must have the ability to meet Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) requirements, in particular a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
