Testing Center Manager (FY12-45)
The Student Success Center La Plata Testing Center Manager coordinates placement, departmental, correspondence, and national testing conducted in the testing center at the La Plata campus. This position requires monthly planning, strong organization, and the ability to communicate testing needs with the Leonardtown and Prince Frederick testing centers. In addition, this position supports testing at the Waldorf Center when placement testing is scheduled at this satellite campus between semesters.
The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Flexibility may be required.

- Do you have national testing (ACT/Compass or College Board/Accuplacer) experience as a proctor?

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma, with an AA preferred
- Two years of experience in a college testing center or in test administration at a college or public high school level
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Experience in directing other’s work
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
