Visiting Assistant Professor of Communication (Rhetoric and Public Address), One-Year Term
Located in central Minnesota, College of Saint Benedict, for women, and Saint John's University, for men, are nationally recognized Catholic liberal arts colleges and ranked as two of the top three Catholic colleges in the nation. The Department of Communication at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University invites applications for a one-year, full-time term position in Rhetoric and Public Address to begin August 2013. Teaching assignments will include the foundation course in rhetoric (Public Speaking & the Public Sphere), mid-level courses in rhetorical criticism (Rhetoric, Culture & Criticism) and argument (Argumentation & Advocacy), as well as an upper division undergraduate course in an area of specialization. Ph.D. is preferred, A.B.D. is considered.
