The Department of Languages and Cultures at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University invite applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of Classics to begin August 2014. The successful candidate will have expertise in Latin and Greek, with the ability to teach all levels of language and advanced seminars, and to offer courses in Ancient History for the CSB/SJU History Department. Native or near native fluency in English, evidence of excellence in teaching, and a strong commitment and dedication to undergraduate teaching required. PhD in related discipline (ABD accepted).
