Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Admission for Health & Lab Sciences, the candidate selected for this position will be responsible for growing graduate health & lab science enrollment within Chatham’s School of Health Sciences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
She/he will handle all recruitment activities for assigned degree programs encompassing yearly planning, working with all prospective students, collaborating with faculty, building relationships with potential employers and partner institutions, and fostering community partnerships and:
• Develop and implement strategies for health science applicants to optimize our yield from admit to deposit and matriculation.
• Provide advising and support through the admissions process for prospective students
• Plan and execute travel to feeder schools, employers and essential conferences and events for enrollment, networking, and visibility purposes. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
• Prepare website updates and create professional PowerPoint presentations
• Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Proven results-driven approach to sales, recruitment, or admissions. Excellent skills in marketing, emerging technology and media. Ability to leverage partnerships and collaborations to increase visibility of programs and interest from potential students. Valid driver’s license. Working knowledge of at least one major word processing, spreadsheet and database program.
