The English Language Program (ELP) at Chatham University seeks applications for an instructor (non-tenure track).
This position is renewable annually upon successful performance evaluation.
The successful candidate will have a master's degree in TESOL, master’s degree in Applied Linguistics with TESOL certificate, or master’s in Linguistics with TESOL certificate, but a Ph.D. or Ed.D. are preferred. Candidate must have at least 3 years of ESL teaching experience and experience working in higher education. He/she will teach 4 ELP courses per term and assist the ELP Coordinator with orientation, student services, advisement, curriculum development, assessment and cultural activities.
Experience in cross-cultural setting, living and studying overseas is a plus.
