Associate Vice President for Employee Services

California State University, Sacramento invites applications for the position of Associate Vice President for Human Resources/Employee Services to provide leadership and management of Human Resources programs in Employment Services, Classification and Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred. Eight years of progressive leadership positions in HR which includes supervision of HR personnel. Experience with implementation of HR information systems and data management. Candidates must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a member of a management team.
