Swimming and Diving Coach
Buffalo State College seeks applicants for a Swimming and Diving Coach, Intercollegiate Athletics Department. Excellent professional environment and fringe benefits. Competitive salary.
Responsible for all aspects of the men's and women's swimming and diving program including, but not limited to, the recruitment of quality student athletes, practice and meet preparation, scheduling and budget management, hiring, supervising and evaluating assistant coaching staff, and adherence to all NCAA Division III, SUNYAC and institutional policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; established record of successful coaching experience at the college level; proven ability to recruit quality student athletes at the college level; excellent communication skills, strong computer skills and interpersonal skills; a commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics; strong organizational and leadership skills; certification in WSI; CPR; AED; First Aid; and Lifesaving.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree
