Candidates should be passionate educators who can facilitate the needs of diverse 21st century learners.
Committee work may be needed. Some schedules may require evening and/or weekend hours and field observation of students.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain active professional development activities and service to the Department and College.
This position is a yearly two semester (163 day) contract position.
Anticipated Hire Date: August 2012.
Minimum Education:Master's degree in the discipline of Early Childhood Education/Education or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Early Childhood Education required.
Must demonstrate ability to teach a wide range of Early Childhood and Education classes. Early Childhood Education experience required. Computer technology skills preferred.
Minimum Experience/Training:Teaching experience is preferred.
