Develop and deliver distance education courses, working directly with faculty to build fully online programs in the University's learning management system. Work in partnership with faculty and other team members, to review course content, suggest multimedia strategies, and ensure that completed online courses meet the University's quality standards. Develop and adhere to project schedules, resolving issues related to technology use in instruction, including assessment, andragogy, deployment methodologies, and integration strategies.
Masters degree in Instructional Design or Education-related discipline, strong communication skills, an understanding of online pedagogy and andragogy, experience and demonstrated competence with Adobe products, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and Blackboard LMS systems, and at least two years of experience in online course development.
