R 2066 Visiting Lecturer - Spanish

The Department of Spanish at Bates College invites applications for a one-semester three-course position for the fall of 2012. We seek a generalist with native or near-native command of Spanish and English and a demonstrated ability to teach first and second year Spanish language courses. As a department highly active in the college’s mission to increase diversity, we seek candidates whose curriculum contributes to this goal. We encourage applicants to identify their strengths and experiences in this area.
