Assistant Professor in Higher and Postsecondary Education

The successful candidate will work with other faculty in the Masters in Higher and Postsecondary Education program.
Required Qualifications:
• Earned doctorate in educational leadership, higher education leadership or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Evidence of a strong or promising program of research in higher and postsecondary education and an emerging or established record of publications in refereed journals
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, face-to-face and online
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience as an administrator/leader in higher education and/or significant experience working with higher education administrators
• Experience working collaboratively to deliver masters curricula, including online programs
• Record of external research funding
